From squatting position, lean forward and place palms on floor, shoulder width apart.
Fingers and thumbs spread, middle finger points directly toward mirror, while standing on feet.
Lift hips up, walk feet up 1 1/2 feet away from hands.
Go up on tip top of toes and place knees into armpits.
Straighten arms, lock elbows.
Lift chin, shift weight forward into hands until no weight on feet.
Lift heels up toward hips with big toes touching each other.
Continue to lift head, bringing weight forward and lifting heels and hips.
Lower feet and hips to floor and release hands from floor.
Return to seated position.
